Roxanne Miller is Swiss and Swedish, holds a bachelor's degree in international relations and a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Geneva. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in General Law along side the Certificate in Transnational Law. She is fluent in French, English and Swedish.
