Licia Ferron, a Swiss, French, and Spanish national, holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Geneva currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Law in Geneva. A native French speaker, she is bilingual in Spanish and has an excellent command of English, as well as basic knowledge of Italian and Catalan.
