Charlène, a French national, holds a Bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Toulouse Capitole. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in international law (cross-border issues) at the Université Savoie Mont Blanc, which she is doing on exchange with the University of Geneva. This exchange year enabled her to expand her knowledge of international law by also taking the Certificate in Transnational Law. She is fluent in French and English.
