Constantine Kokkinos (of Counsel), born 1958, E.D. from U.C. Berkeley (USA), has studied International Law at Aix en Provence (France) in Tübingen (Germany) and in Exeter (UK). He is a Supreme Court registered lawyer with many years of experience in Commercial, Aviation and Business Enterprise Law. He is Swiss (from the cantons of Zürich and Graubünden) and Greek citizen and speaks French, English, German, Greek, Italian and Spanish. Constantin is Bar admitted in Geneva (Switzerland) and in Athens (Greece) while he is registered with the Supreme Court of Greece. Constantine Kokkinos is legal counsel of the Swiss Embassy in Greece. Practices law in Switzerland.
Dominique (Dominikos) Arvanitis born 1983 in Geneva, is registered with the Supreme Court of Greece. He is a graduate of Thessaloniki Law School and he holds a PhD in European law from the Panteion University of Athens. Dominique’s areas of practice include civil and commercial law, international litigations and financial disputes. He is Swiss (canton of Fribourg) and Greek citizen and his working languages are Greek, French and English.
Ioannis Vlavianos was born in Paris in 1986. He is a graduate of Athens Law School. He speaks fluently French, Greek, English and has a good level in Italian and Spanish.
Ioannis is an Attorney at Law, member of the Athens Bar Association.
Auriane Philippe, born in Geneva in 2000, is of Swiss, Italian and French nationality. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Swiss Law (2021), a Certificate in Transnational Law (2022) and recently obtained her bilingual Master's degree in General Law from the Universities of Geneva and Basel (2023). She is fluent in French, English and Italian. She also has a very good knowledge of German.
Ilona Cadoux, a Swiss and French national, is a student at the University of Geneva (UNIGE). She holds a bachelor's degree in Swiss law (2022), a certificate in transnational law (2023) and is in the process of obtaining a master's degree in civil and criminal law (2024). Alongside her studies, Ilona has consolidated her legal skills through her role as a volunteer lawyer with the PJE, internships and academic competitions. She is fluent in French and English and has a good knowledge of German.
Jordan Papa born in 1997 in Geneva, is a Swiss and Italian citizen. He’s a student at the University of Geneva. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Swiss law and is currently studying for a master’s degree in General Law and a Certificate in Transnational Law. He speaks French, English, Italian and has a good knowledge of German.
Marie Carrillo was born in Geneva in 1998. She holds a master's degree in law with a dual focus on "health and biotechnology law" and "intellectual property and innovation" from the University of Neuchâtel. She also holds a law bachelor's degree from the University of Geneva. She spent a semester at the University of Sherbrooke in Canada in 2022. She is fluent in French and English and has a good knowledge of German.
Thomas Aguiar holds a Bachelor's degree in law and a specialisation certificate in legal practice, both from the University of Geneva. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in business law and writing his Master's thesis on sports law, with a focus on host city contracts. Alongside his studies, he works as an independent jurist specialising in private law. Thomas is fluent in French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and English, and has a good level of German.
Eloïse Pelletier, a Swiss-Canadian national, is a student at the University of Geneva (UNIGE). She holds a bachelor's degree in international relations with a major in law (2021) and is in the process of obtaining a master's degree in international and European law (2023). As part of her Master's degree, she successfully wrote a master thesis on the regulation of international disputes, with a particular focus on the international protection of the environment. She is fluent in French, English and Spanish and has a good level of German.
