Constantine Kokkinos, born 1958, E.D. from U.C. Berkeley (USA), has studied International Law at Aix en Provence (France) in Tübingen (Germany) and in Exeter (UK). He is a Supreme Court registered lawyer with many years of experience in Commercial, Aviation and Business Enterprise Law. He is Swiss (from the cantons of Zürich and Graubünden) and Greek citizen and speaks French, English, German, Greek, Italian and Spanish. Constantin is Bar admitted in Geneva (Switzerland) and in Athens (Greece) while he is registered with the Supreme Court of Greece. Constantine Kokkinos is legal counsel of the Swiss Embassy in Greece.
Nico Hamouzopoulos was born in 1951, obtained his Doctorate in Law in Mainz, Germany. He is a registered attorney with many years of experience in Commercial and Banking Law (he has worked in the Banking sector in Germany) and in International Financial Transactions. He is Swiss (canton Thurgau) and Greek citizen and he speaks English, German and Greek.
Vassilios Chryssomalis born 1953, LLM from University of Exeter (U.K.). Former senior manager at Tax and legal division at Arthur Andersen and former partner of the reputable Sarantitis law firm. Specialized in concessions, mergers and acquisitions, employment, real estate, commercial leases, double taxation issues and in tax planning. Vassilios is a certified tax expert and his working languages are English and Greek.
Dominique Arvanitis born 1983 in Geneva, is a graduate of Thessaloniki Law School. Dominique is registered with the Athens Court of Appeal. Dominique’s areas of practice include civil and commercial law, international litigations and financial disputes. He is Swiss (canton of Geneva) and Greek citizen and his working languages are Greek, French and English.
Dimitrios Koutsoukis, attorney at Law at the Appeal Court, born in Athens in 1984. Postgraduate in Business Law from University of Lyon III (France) and in Sports law from the Lausanne International Sports Law Institute. Areas of practice: Civil and commercial law as well as financial and banking litigation. Working languages : Grec, French, English.
Nefeli Roupakia was born in Paris. Attorney at Law, member of the Athens Bar Association. She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of University of Strasbourg and a master’s degree in International and European Law from the same university. She has interned among others in the European Commission and in an international private company in London. She speaks fluently French, Greek, English and has a good level in Italian.
Flore Cuvelier, born in 1996 in France. She holds a bilingual law degree in French and European law of Catholic University of Lille. During her Erasmus period in Madrid, she will carry out a master degree in European Business Law from the University of San Pablo CEU. She did several internships in business law firms. She speaks French, has a good level in English and basic notions in Spanish and Russian.
